Simple yet sophisticated evening cocktail.

One of the high points of my day is when my man gets home from work and we hang out on the balcony and catch up the on the day. Some days its wine, some days is seltzer water and some days is a tequila sunrise or my version which I like to call tequila sunset because that typically when I enjoy it. #cocktails #tequila #tequilasunrise #happyhour

The current tequila I am enjoying is Hornitos Reposado. I really like the depth and touch of smokey bite paired with the orange juice.

Tequila Sunset ( it really just tequile sunrise renamed for my happy hour)

1 to 1and 1/2 ounce of tequila

2 ounces of orange juice

top with lime seltzer water

add a dash of grenadine for color

Pour in the glass in the order listed and give a quick stir to blend flavors. Top with a squeeze of lime.

Option: Add 1/2 ounce of amaretto for a more complex sweet flavor.
